Yes - 7 days, every feature unlocked (there's no crippled "lite" version), no account or credit card required. Download it here.
It organizes your Windows desktop into tidy, movable docks instead of scattered icons: a Container for loose items, a Gateway for a live view of any folder, a Drive dock for disk space and recent activity, a Pinboard for sticky notes and links, read-only FTP and Git docks, and a password-protected, AES-256 encrypted Vault. An AI Organizer can sort desktop clutter in one click - it runs fully offline on your own machine, nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Windows 10 (version 2004/20H1 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit. piDock needs the .NET 8 Desktop Runtime - setup detects if it's missing and offers to download and install it automatically (requires an internet connection during install). In normal use piDock sits around ~75MB of RAM. See the full system requirements page for detail.
One device per key. It's a single one-time payment, not a subscription, and doesn't expire on its own. Need it on more than one PC? Pick the quantity on Stripe's checkout page - each unit issues its own key.
Yes. Email support@pidock.com with your key or purchase email and we'll unbind it from the old device so you can activate it on the new one. This is a quick manual step on our end for now, not yet self-service.
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked - email support@pidock.com. Full detail on the Terms of Service page.
It was emailed to you right after purchase (subject "Your piDock License Key") - search your inbox for pidock.com. Can't find it? Email support with the address you paid with and we'll look it up.
We never see or store it. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe's own hosted payment page - your card details never touch pidock.com's servers.
If piDock is already installed: open it from the tray icon and use the built-in Contact form (pick a reason - general, bug report, billing, feature request, or other). Haven't installed it yet, or don't have it open? Email support@pidock.com directly.
A hardware ID to bind your license to one device, your email for purchases/receipts, and - only if you tick the consent box while filing a bug report - a short excerpt of local crash/debug logs. Full detail on the Privacy Policy page.
Yes, genuinely - every license sold plants a real tree in mangrove reforestation projects in Kenya via TheGoodAPI. You'll see it confirmed on the page right after checkout and in your purchase email.
