piDock is made by Logiciel NaNXOR, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This page explains, plainly, what we collect through the app and this website, why, who else ever sees it, and how to ask us to delete it. If anything here is unclear, email support@pidock.com.

| Hardware ID (HWID) | Ties your license key to one device, so activating it elsewhere is refused. It never leaves our server for any other purpose. |

| Windows version/build number, and which feature failed | If a feature that relies on undocumented Windows behavior fails on your system (e.g. after a Windows update), piDock reports which feature and your Windows build so we can fix it - not personal information, and the feature has already disabled itself gracefully regardless. |

None of the checks above change how the app behaves or ever block it on their own - they only ever report a finding for us to review, the same way a HWID mismatch does.
The Contact form only attaches recent crash/debug log excerpts if you pick "Bug report" as the reason and tick the consent checkbox for that specific message. General questions, billing, and feature requests never include log data. Nothing is collected or sent in the background.
The public site sets none. The only cookie anywhere on this domain is a first-party session cookie used solely to keep the site owner logged into a private management area - it's never set for a regular visitor and carries no tracking information.

We don't sell data, and don't share it with advertisers - there are none on this site.
License and purchase records are kept for as long as the license itself could reasonably need support (refunds, reactivation, transfer to a new device). Site analytics (page visits, download clicks) are kept for internal use and aren't tied to an identity beyond IP address.
Email support@pidock.com to ask what we hold about your email address or license key, or to have it deleted - we'll action it as long as it doesn't conflict with something we're required to keep (e.g. a completed payment record).
piDock isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
If this page changes in a way that matters, the "last updated" date above will move. Significant changes affecting active license holders will be noted on the changelog.
