What we've done

A "skip to main content" link and a proper <main> landmark on every page, so keyboard and screen reader users can bypass the header/navigation instead of tabbing through it every time.
A visible focus indicator on every interactive element, including ones (like the screenshot gallery) where the default browser outline was previously getting clipped by a rounded, scroll-clipped container.
Every form field has a real, associated label - not placeholder text standing in for one - plus autocomplete attributes on common fields (name, email, phone) so browsers can fill them in correctly.
Form results (like a submitted support message or an applied discount code) are announced to screen readers as they happen, not just shown silently on screen.
Color choices across the site are checked against WCAG AA contrast thresholds.
The mobile navigation menu is reachable by keyboard and screen reader, not just collapsed with no way back to it.
Animations and smooth scrolling respect your operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
The same footer navigation, in the same order, appears on every page.

Known limitations

Being direct about what this hasn't been checked against, rather than letting the badge above imply more than it should:

Not yet tested with real screen reader software (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) by an actual user - our review was manual code inspection and browser-level checks, not assistive-technology testing.
Not a line-by-line audit against every one of WCAG 2.1's AA success criteria - we focused on the areas most likely to affect real use (navigation, forms, color, focus, motion).
We do not currently claim WCAG AAA (the stricter level) - most of the site's secondary/muted text sits comfortably above AA's 4.5:1 contrast requirement but below AAA's 7:1.
Checkout is handled by Stripe's own hosted payment page, and the language switcher by Google Translate - both are outside our direct control.
